Thank you for your IM training plan. My goal was to finish IMWI and cross it off my bucket list. It was my first IM, so I kept a conservative pace. 14:24:01 I crossed the line. I felt so good….like I didn’t complete 140.6 miles. I credit that to your training strategy. Thank you very much for your expertise. I intend to compete again and PR.
