Opening Thoughts
The purpose of this e-letter is two-fold. First I would like to share information on training/racing techniques that I have developed in my fifteen years of racing/coaching. If you think there is something valuable in here that others could use, please pass it on. If there is something that you would like to see in here, send me an email. I have developed a large network of great resources and I if I dont have the answer, I will know someone who does. Secondly, this e-letter will be my personal space to brag about the athletes I coach and give them the praise they deserveafter allits the athlete
that does the hard work.
Train Smart, Coach Mike

D3
in the News
The D3 Crew had some solid racing this month. Joey G ran an
altitude PR 5k while getting tuned up for the season. Sean T.
also set a 15 minute PR at Half IM Cali – and Michelle S. was
13th in her AG at the Cali Half IM as well! Great job everyone!
Join Coach Mike's IRON TOUR!
This summer I will be traveling to all the US Ironman races –
Idaho, NY, WI, and FL! My plan is to ride and run each course
before the race – a little recon if you will. If you would like to
join me for a ride or run, please let me know, as I would enjoy
the company! Mike@d3multisport.com
