Coach Amanda was featured by Fox Colorado for coaching Danskin athletes. D3 looks forward to seeing you at the Boulder Peak on Sunday, July 20th. We will have a tent to shade the D3 finishers and offer a fun place to hang out during the day. We'll have some cold beverages to enjoy, so stop by and say hello! Coach Ali welcomed Tanner Kenelm "Teak" Winslow into her world at 2:43AM on July 10th. Teak weighed in at 6lbs 13ozs (8 more than his brother) all the while screaming his lungs off. D3 ATHLETE OF THE MONTH![]() Matt Given qualifies for IM Kona. Matt Given came to D3 in 2006. As a successful business owner, Matt was ready to take that edge to his triathlon training. Over the last two and half years, Matt has worked hard to become a better triathlete. His understanding of training improved, his relationship with Coach Mike grew, as did his confidence that he would attain that elusive IM Kona slot. Matt earned his IM Kona slot at IM Coeur d'Alene with a knock out time of 9:49. D3 would like to celebrate Matt for all his hard work and recognize him as the D3 Athlete of the Month.
