D3 ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

Matt Given qualifies for IM Kona.

Matt Given came to D3 in 2006. As a successful business owner, Matt was ready to take that edge to his triathlon training. Over the last two and half years, Matt has worked hard to become a better triathlete. His understanding of training improved, his relationship with Coach Mike grew, as did his confidence that he would attain that elusive IM Kona slot. Matt earned his IM Kona slot at IM Coeur d'Alene with a knock out time of 9:49. D3 would like to celebrate Matt for all his hard work and recognize him as the D3 Athlete of the Month.
